Q2: How long does delivery usually take?
Ans: Delivery is available from Monday - Friday. We do not provide same day delivery. Earliest delivery date would be 2 days from order. Do take that into consideration if you are planning a party!
Q3: Can I request a specified timing for my delivery?
Ans: Unfortunately, our deliveries cannot be made at a specified time. However, it will be delivered in between 3 time slots (10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm) on your selected delivery date! We seek your understanding on this as it is our duty to deliver all items to our customers on time within the stipulated dates.
Q4: How to check the status of my order?
Ans: We will have an SMS sent to your registered local number before delivery on that time. Should there be any changes, you may apply the changes via this.
Q5: What happens if I'm not home on the day of the delivery?
As your items are food and perishables, please ensure that you have someone to collect the items on your behalf if you're unable to be home. Q3: I purchased an item wrongly, can I change my order?
Ans: We can only change your items 48 working hours before your selected delivery date. Please include your order number and contact us at +65 88898279 to make the changes 48 hours before your delivery date.
Q4: I don't have a credit/debit card, can I still order?
Ans: Yes, fortunately, we also accept PayNow. At the check out page, simply follow the PayNow Instructions by bitpay. It's super user friendly!
Q5: Do you accept Cash on delivery?
Ans: While we focus on delivering frozen food to your doorsteps on time, our drivers are unable to accept cash on delivery!
