Refund Policy

For missing or unsatisfactory items, please email us within 24 hours from the start of your delivery time slot and a picture of the product, and we will have your queries sorted out. We hope this guarantee allows you to shop with confidence in our quality, and in our commitment to serve you. However, please note that refunds are done at the discretion of Oracle Holdings Pte Ltd and all decisions made are final.

Perishable goods such as raw ingredients or seafood cannot be returned. However we will issue a refund or redeliver a new set of the same item if it is damaged or spoiled. 

We do not refund or issue credit for items that were delivered in good condition but are not to your taste. 

There is strictly no refunds in cash or credit if you have changed the original state of the product or past the recommended storage duration. e.g. Freezing and thawing an item that was delivered fresh and chilled and/or thawing an item past the recommended storage duration.

All refunds that are not in credits will be refunded to the original mode of payment. We will not refund in any other way other than the original mode of payment.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds and returns are only applicable to items purchased directly on this website. If you have any problems with a product you've purchased via another channel other than this website, please contact the customer service of the channel you have purchased from. Purchases made via other channels other than ours will not be entertained. 

Shipping Policy

Self-Collection (if applicable)

If you've missed your self-collection date, please drop us an email (info@oracleholdings.sg) with your order number to inform us when your next pick-up date is - Do take note that we don't do self-collection or deliveries on weekends or public holidays. 

Please note that all uncollected or missed delivery orders will be forfeited without a refund after 1 month from your stated arranged date. This is effective as of 15th Oct 2018.

Any changes to existing orders are to be made more than 24 hours in advance. Anything beyond that, our support staff is unable to make any changes.

Missed Deliveries and Redeliveries

Please note that our delivery crew will contact you and  if they can't reach anybody at the door, we will only wait at the door for a duration of 5 minutes. Within 2 hours, we will arrange for a second delivery at no cost. Should the delivery fail again, the redelivery will cost an additional of $8. 

If you wish to cancel your order without a re-delivery, we will refund the total amount in store credits with a deduction of a $10 service fee. 

For redeliveries, we are not liable for any changes in quality of any perishable frozen/chilled item delivered on a later date. As such, complaints or feedback on said item will not be entertained. 

Add-On To Existing Order

If you have placed an order and wish to add items to the existing order, (that has yet to be delivered), this is the only option.

1. Create a new order with your purchase. Pay for delivery of your new add-on order at a standard delivery rate of $8. 

Delivery Disclaimers

Please note that we are not liable for any missing items, damages, thawed or any lapses in quality of the products after a duration of 24 hours. Our products can be stored in room temperature for up to 2 hours for chilled/frozen items.  

Only products placed with a minimum of 2 days in advance to your selected delivery date will be fulfilled. Our calendar has blocked out the dates that we don't fulfil.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Oracle Holdings Pte Ltd (hereinafter “Oracle Holdings”) website.  Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms.  There may be additional terms of use which may apply to other pages on this website, and we ask that you read and agree to those terms of use as well before using the website.

1) Copyright

The copyright of the content of this website (information, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, etc.) belongs to Oracle Holdings or the provider of the content. Use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by the Copyright Act, such as personal use. Please refrain from using the content on other homepages or in printed matter. In addition, please note that secondary use of images or videos is forbidden.

2) Trademarks 

The trademarks (trademarks and service marks) appearing on this website belong to Oracle Holdings or the right holder who has granted Oracle Holdings the rights to use the trademark. Please refrain from using the trademark without permission of the right holder.

3) Temporary Suspension of Website

If Oracle Holdings judges that it is necessary to temporarily suspend the provision of the website, due to issues such as server system maintenance or trouble, fire, power failure, earthquake or other disaster, or other operational or technical reason, the company may do so without prior notice. Oracle Holdings is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the suspension of the provision of the website.

4) Changes & Discontinuation of Website

Oracle Holdings may make changes to the content of the website, change the address (URL) of each page or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

5) Disclaimers

Oracle Holdings takes great care with the content it provides on its site. However, there is the possibility that the information provided on the site contains technical or chronological inaccuracies or typographical errors. Oracle Holdings makes no guarantee of the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness or fitness for a particular purpose of the information, programs, and services provided on this and other websites of the company. In addition, Oracle Holdings accepts no responsibility for any damages due to software or hardware problems, trouble between users or between users and third parties, or other troubles caused by using the website.

6) Handling Private Information

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Oracle Holdings and its affiliated companies collect, use and disclose personal information of customers through our websites, online services and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, mobile applications, and other Oracle Holdings owned or operated websites, online services and social media platforms that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites and Online”), through our programs and in our physical stores (“Services”). This Policy does not apply to websites and services that display or link to different partners’ privacy statements. By accessing the Sites and Online or utilising the Services, you hereby consent to the use of your information, including your personal information, in the manner described in this Policy.

Collection of Personal Information

Personal Information that may be collected by Oracle Holdings may include:

  • Name, age, NRIC/passport/other identification number, postal address, phone number, e-mail address and any other information relating to individual which you have provided us in any form you may have submitted to or shared with us.

  • Your username, password, your place of birth, your birthday, gender, nationality and mobile phone number for any account creation. 

  • If you buy goods at our stores, online services or through our programs or otherwise – what you buy, where you buy, how frequently you buy, rewards you earn, and reward you redeem.

  • If you register any rewards program – the card number, card transactions (purchase and value loading), including activating the program, redeeming any value, balance transfer, balance enquiries, personal income range.

  • If you use our mobile applications – information such as your device ID, your location and stores near you and visited by you may be collected.

  • If you take a survey or interact with us in various other ways – demographics information, your comments, feedback, questions or suggestions, and information about subjects that may interest you. 

We automatically track certain information when you visit our Sites and Online or use our Services. We automatically receives and records information from your browser on our server logs including but not limited to your Internet protocol address, cookie information and the page you requested. Our collection of online use information may involve the use of cookies.

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. 

For our online services, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may combine information we collect about you with information we receive from third parties. 

How Does Oracle Holdings Use the Personal Information Collected? 

Oracle Holdings may use the information about you for the following purposes:

  • To process and manage your purchase and use of CPR products and services, including your accounts and program participation, your use of the Sites and Online. 

  • To respond to your customer service inquiries, post your comments or statements on any blog or other online forum maintained on our Sites and Online, or take other actions in response to your inquiries or other Site activities.

  • To create personalised promotions by combining your personal information with non-personal information about you, such as the amounts and types of purchases you make, visit frequency and visited outlets or any benefits you receive through our programs. 

  • To communicate with you by post, telephone, email, SMS and mobile applications notification about your orders or purchases, accounts and program participation, a contest or sweepstakes you have entered, and your requests for information. 

  • To communicate with you by post, telephone, email, SMS and mobile applications notification about our brands, products, events or other promotional purposes, including co-branded offers and affiliate and partner offers.

  • For internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and service improvement.

If you have registered as a member, the information you have provided us may be used to send you marketing promotions/offers and exclusive member events by post, telephone, email, SMS and/or mobile applications notification about our brands, products, events or other promotional purposes, including co-branded offers and affiliate and partner offers. You may choose to opt-in or opt-out for such marketing promotions/offers communications.

Oracle Holdings may share or disclose your personal information as below:

  • With our parent and other affiliated entities.

  • If you participate in any blog, contest or other online forum on our Sites and Online, any personal information that you post on our Sites and Online may be shared with other forum participants and Site visitors. 

  • In the event of any business partner, investor, assignee or transferee (actual or prospective) who facilitates business asset transactions (which may extend to any merger, acquisition or asset sale) involving any of the companies under Oracle Holdings, our parent and other affiliated entities which we are part of. 

Oracle Holdings may also provide and/or transfer any data that it collects from you to its parent, subsidiary, associated and affiliated companies, or to any agent, contractor or third party service provider located outside of Singapore which provides administrative, data processing, computer or other services to Oracle Holdings, to enable Oracle Holdings to carry out the purposes permitted under this Policy.

This website may include links to third party websites. The terms of this Policy shall be applicable to such websites. Oracle Holdings however is not responsible for the privacy practices of other third parties. You are advised to read the privacy policy in these websites before disclosing your Personal Data.

Our website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.  Oracle Holdings has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.  You further acknowledge and agree that Oracle Holdings shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

8) Email

Oracle Holdings welcomes feedback and suggestions from its customers regarding its products and services and endeavours to respond to all inquiries received.  However, please note that depending on the content of the inquiry, it may take time to reply, and that there are cases where the company may not be in a position to respond.  Any inquiries for Oracle Holdings's consolidated financial statements should be directed to info@oracleholdings.sg together with your name, name of organisation, contact email, contact number and purpose of request.

9) Changes to Terms of Use

Please note that Oracle Holdings may change the terms of use as it sees necessary without notice.  As such, please regularly checked the terms of use. 

10) Applicable Law

All matters relating to these terms of use and website shall be governed and construed in all respect in accordance with the laws of Singapore and exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
