USING KL STYLE ROASTING TECHNIQUE
Known for it's famous KL roasting style, our creation boosts a 'bak-kwa' charcoal finishing which sets off a unique aftertaste.
DOUBLE-ROASTED WITH SECRET RECIPE SAUCE
Aside from roasting for a whopping 3 hours, our Char Siew is glazed off with our secret recipe sauce.

The char siew had a glistening, sticky, and charred exterior. It had a robust sweet and smoky flavour, with a predominant bak kwa-like piquancy.
